FAQ

For the best availability and planning flow, we recommend 3-6 months in advance.

As a mobile operation, our activities generally follow seasonal demand. We are typically active across Northern Europe during the summer season and spend more time in Southern Europe during the winter months. Events outside these regions or periods can still be accommodated, subject to schedule and logistics.
We recommend getting in touch as early as possible for larger events, multi-day productions, or custom setups.

When events align with our planned routing, we can offer more efficient logistics and improved conditions. Travel logistics are handled based on the agreed event structure.

Our setup includes one full mobile power solution. If 240V power and, (if needed), a suitable weather-protected setup space (min. 3x3m) are available at the music station location, we can operate without additional mobile infrastructure, which allows for a reduced setup rate. The on-site power supply must be available directly at the music station location. We do not collect, move, or pick up generators from storage areas, containers, or other external logistics points.

We require a dedicated 240V power supply (minimum 16A circuit with stable earth/ground). Our system has a peak consumption of approximately 3 kW, so the circuit must be capable of handling professional audio loads. If a generator is provided, it must deliver stable pure sine wave 240V power suitable for professional audio equipment. Dirty, unstable, or construction-grade power sources are not accepted.

In selected cases, we can adapt the structure of the collaboration where on-site visibility and integration are part of the overall agreement. Each activation is assessed individually based on event size, format, and location. You're welcome to come back with a proposal and we'll see how it fits.

Vehicle access in direct proximity to the music station is required. We do not operate setups requiring long carry distances from the vehicle. Minimum clearance height of 2.80 metres is required for access.

If a suitable weather-protected setup space (min. 3 x 3 m) is not provided by the organiser, our support vehicle forms part of the activation setup and must be permitted on site in direct proximity to the music station. In this configuration, the setup functions as an integrated activation environment with a sheltered interaction zone. We do not use a podium, but operate directly from ground level as part of our standard setup.
A minimum operational space of 7 (W) x 5 (D) metres is required to safely install and operate the station.
On-site vehicle presence also enables efficient setup and rapid dismantling in line with race infrastructure timing and course clearance procedures.

We operate primarily in English and Swedish.
Depending on the event, additional languages can be supported through local hosts, presenters, guest speakers, or event partners. This often creates a stronger connection with the audience and allows content, announcements, interviews, and sponsor messages to be delivered in the local language.

Rhythm & Friends focuses primarily on electronic music with uninterrupted groove, energy, and atmosphere. Our selections are generally centered around house, melodic, organic, and rhythmic-oriented sounds rather than mainstream chart music.

Depending on the event, we may also collaborate with guest singers, musicians, or local performers.
